Pre-opening hotel experienced with 5 start environment and in the hotel size of 8o keys.
Oversees all HR functions in order to support hotel operations to achieve its goals and objectives. Ensures that all Corporate HR standards are implemented accordingly. Follow up closely on current labor market situation, especially on the minimum wage issue, in order to be competitive. Establishes and maintains good relationship with all internal colleagues as well as external business partners.
