Provide a good example of hotel brand standards and competencies through showing positive attitude and aptitude behaviors as to assist every departments through your responsibilities
Handle guest correspondence and other reports as assigned
Maintain in administration and ensure of the cleanliness and tidiness of Front Office and Lobby areas
Maintain all information & files in good order to enable you to provide information as requested
Handle with guest requires and solving guest feedback and complaint
Be responsible for the timely handover, briefing between outgoing/in coming shift/sections
Ensure that you have full knowledge of hotel products and facility, promotions, packages, attractive tourist places and standard of procedures
Perform other duties as required by the management
Minimum 1 or 2 years experience in the same or similar positions (Fresh graduation is also welcome)
Open and service minded , communication, relationship skills, and well organization
Fluent in Thai and English with other languages an advantage
Energetic, flexible and willing to grow in the hotel industry
