Assistant Chief Engineer (ผู้ช่วยหัวหน้าแผนกช่าง)

Qualification:


- 6 Working Days and 1 Day Off per Week. ทำงานได้เป็นกะ 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ หยุด 1 วัน

- Bachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Science

- Have experiences in a technical field (Electrical/Mechanical/POMEC Preventive Maintenance/ Technical/Safety & Security Management)

- 5 years of technical supervisory experience in hotel and building engineering.

- Self-motivated work independently and be a team player. Experience in managing engineering suppliers, technician staffs and security contractor

- Good in English & Thai in listening, speaking and writing.

- Achieve the certificate of; ?safety officer at level of foreman? or ?safety officer at the level of executive? training (จป.ระดับหัวหน้างาน/จป.บริหาร on occupational safety, health and environment. To assess the risks in the area of occupational safety. To give advice, teach and train the employees to work safely and without any risk of dangers, to analyze and investigate the causes of accidents and incidents in the hotel and property.

- Hands-on to control system in the hotel building and able to manage the saving energy consumption.

- Able to work in shift and make the working schedule with the engineering staff in the hotel.

Overall Roles:

? Fix on Repairing the equipment and infrastructure in the hotel. ซ่อมเเซมอุปกรณ์เเละสาธารณูปโภคในโรงเเรมได้เอง

? Hands on to solve the operational cases of electrical, mechanical, POMEC, technical, safety, carpentering renovation) สามารถลงมือปฏิบัติเองในการเเก้ปัญหาใน งานไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล ซ่อมบำรุง ความปลอดภัย เเละงานไม้ตกเเต่งต่อเติม

? Do the property systems on preventive and maintenance plans. ทำเเผนการรักษาเเละซ่อมบำรุง

? Control energy cost consumption control. ควบคุมต้นทุนพลังงาน

? Train the team; fire fighting, evacuation plan, safety committee สามารถสอนงานในทีมได้ เเผนผจญเพลิง เเผนก่ารหลีกหลีฉุกเฉิน ความปลอดภัยในอาคาร

? Train the team สามารถสอนงานในทีมได้

? Perform Building Rules & Regulation according to government requirement สามารถปฏิบัติได้ตามกฏระเบียบอาคารของกฏกระทรวง
