Restaurant Manager (ผู้จัดการห้องอาหาร)

- Diploma certificate or Bachelor Degree
- 3-5 years working experiences
- Good in English, Thai and another language will be an advantage
- Working in Shift Roster in the morning or evening.

- สร้างความพึงพอใจเเละผลตอบรับการบริการที่ดี เมื่อบริการลูกค้า ซึ่งส่งผลถึงภาพลักษณ์องค์เเละขวัญกำลังใจในทีม
- สร้างเมนูควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายของส่วนผสมในเมนูสำหรับ มื้อเช้า มื้อกลางวันมื้อเย็น และโปรโมชั่นตามฤดูกาล
- ควบคุมค่าอาหารเครื่องดื่มในคลัง โดยทำตามความต้องการของผู้เข้าพักรายวันครอบคลุมเกี่ยวกับการคาดการณ์การรับประทานอาหารที่สำรองมาและกระทบยอดค่าใช้จ่ายครัวกับงบประมาณคำนวนกำไรเเละต้นทุนที่แท้จริง
- ฝึกอบรมพนักงานในครัวกับเชฟ เพื่อผลิตอาหาร การทำความสะอาด ลดการสูญเสียและการบูดเสียของอาหาร มีความปลอดภัยตามกฎระเบียบและข้อบังคับของรัฐบาลเเละสุขอนามัย
- ฝึกอบรมร่วมกับเชฟ เเด่พนักงานในการล้างจานช้อนส้อมโต๊ะและอุปกรณ์ จัดเก็บของเครื่องใช้ต่างๆในห้องอาหาร
- ควบคุมทรัพย์สินของอุปกรณ์ครัว ไม่ให้สูญหายและเสียหายจากทีมครัวและพนักงานเสิร์ฟโดยรายวันและรายเดือน
- ทำเมนูแสนอร่อย สามารถสร้างคำชมจากลูกค้าให้มีความคิดเห็นในเชิงบวกสำหรับรสชาติอาหารเเละถูกสุขอนามัย
- ทำเเคชเชียร์การขายเเละต้นทุน รายรับจ่าย ขายได้ต่อวัน ทั้งในร้านอาหาร บาร์เเละครัว
- สามารถใช้หรือเรียนรู้ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ร้านอาหารโรงเเรม PMS,POS, Menu Mixed, Stock control.
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษกับลูกค้าชาวต่างชาติได้

- Schedule working shift with the team of waiter/waitress staff, food and beverage staff, kitchen cook and sous chef.

- Have a hotel experience in full service restaurant serves all day meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the bar.
- Manage the cost control of menu creation, menu mixes, food & beverage cost, and Employee cost in the shift workforce.
- Coordinated with F&B suppliers and able to manage cost, specification of product and time delivery to restaurant.
- Create seasonal promotions.
- Can train the staff in the restaurant and kitchen, Bartending and Baresta skills.
- Can lead the team and able to solve problems up front during with clients, the team.
- Make the client happy and leave satisfying comments and review. Motivate the team to make the nice result of guest experience from the staff having a positive service attitude and great morale to represent the hotel 's great impression on the reputation and repeating business.
- Create the menu with Chef, cost control of menu mixed ingredients for breakfast, lunch, dinner and seasonal promotions.
- Control cost with Chef (kitchen and stewarding) of food, beverage on stock and make up to demand of daily guest covers on forecast, reservation dinning, and actual for budget.
- Train the staff for cooking production with Chef (kitchen and stewarding), cleanliness, wastage and spoilage food safety upto government rules and regulations.
- Train the stewarding with Chef (kitchen and stewarding) for washing dishes, table service utensil and storage of utensils and cutleries.
- Control Assets of restaurant and kitchen equipment, lost and damage from kitchen team and stewarding by daily and monthly basis.
- Ensure with chef and kitchen team to make delicious menu toward guest leaving positive comments for restaurant.
- Cashiering profit and lost on daily basis for restaurant, bar and kitchen.
- Able/learn to use computer for a hotel restaurant such as PMS,POS, Menu Mixed, Stock control.
- Good in English for speaking with foreign guests.
