Banquet Manager

-At least 2 years experience in the same position. Experience in the Accorhotels Group would be an advantage.
-Possesses a positive and cheerful attitude and maturity with a good leadership.
-Able to manage work systematically and be well organized.
-Good command of both written and spoken English & Thai.

-He/She will ensure the maximization of sales of the banquet function rooms and will see to it that banquet functions (including outside catering) be carried out punctually in order to fulfill both quests expectations and departmental objectives in terms of profitability.
-To prepare the monthly reports to the DFB following company guidelines.
-To provide the DFB and Purchasing Manager with detailed product and pruchase specifications for all items needed in the outlet.
-To assist the DFB with the preparation of the annual operating budget together with the FBM and Assistant Banquet Manager.
-To supervise the employees with in his outlet ensuring that correct standards and methods of service are maintained as stated in the Department Operations Manual.
-To develop menus, theme parties, coffee breaks and meeting set up with the Executive Chef and DFB which meet the needs of the market.
-To plan and implement effectives skills training programs in conjunction with the L&D Manager
