Overall
- Manage strategy, implementation, in particular regarding budgets and timelines
- Advise the Management Team on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business decisions
- Establish operational (Manual) processes / process improvement and tied to long-term goals
- Develop annual budgets and capex each year according to timelines
- Produce reports and programs as designated by the corporate office

Financial
- Ensure budget control of all expenses, drive revenues, and create monthly reports
- Demonstrate successful execution of business strategies for Lubd Siem Reap
Traveller Satisfaction
- Demonstrate and promote the lubd key aspects commitment to providing the best possible traveller experience
- Ensures that all guest related issues and resolved in a manner consistent with the company- s goals and objectives
- Inspects and documents repairs and cleanliness of properties to ensure optimum upkeep and repair, room cleanliness and overall property appearance
- Spend time with the travellers in the hostel promoting Lubd and supporting activities and experiences on a day to day basis

Team Management
- Communicates all policies and procedures to entire team. Conducts regular meetings to provide various information including company communications, policy reviews, local property activities, and goals
- Motivates and gives direction to all employees and promotes the lub d key aspects
- Mentors and develops Pre-opening team, provides learning opportunities by assigning new tasks responsibilities; evaluates the team strengths and weaknesses and provides training and on the job tasks to prepare career path for GM opportunities
- Develop KPI's for the team in accordance with the corporate office.

We are looking for a genuine, dynamic, hospitality individual who may have experience working in hostels before, but must have worked in hotels / hostels in a senior management position for at least 6 years.

- วันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ปีละ 16 วัน (สำหรับปี 2019)
- สิทธิ์ลาพักร้อน 10 - 15 วัน (ขึ้นตามอายุงาน) ใช้ได้ทันทีหลังผ่านทดลองงาน
- สิทธิ์ลากิจ 7 วัน/ปี
