Responsible for carrying out duties given by superiors to perform all duties within Front Office function, such as Reception, Cashier and Concierge, to assist the customers and ensure that their stay are comfortable and satisfactory with extraordinary personalized service since the day they arrive until checking out. Responsible for rooming guest, handling guest room key, accurate inventory of guest room, accomplishing and maintaining requirement of guest room, check out the guest and prepare guest folios and all supporting bill with the accuracy
