?Every day basis on their shift.
?Present menus to patrons and answer the questions menu products.
?Waiter or waitress should make recommendation upon requested.
?Information regarding Thai & western foods & daily specials.
?Cleaning & restocking pantries & service stations.
?Checking cleanliness of facilities and furnishings.
?Taking order from customer with always repeat the order to prevent mistake.
?Served food & drink with appropriate manner to customer.
?Be prepared & served speciality food or drink at table as required.
?Remove used dishes & glasses from table & take to kitchen washing area.
?All waiter or waitress must be strong & fit to work also wearing clean work clothes.
?Clean table after customer has finish their meals.
?Fill salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiment and napkin container.
?Bring wine selection to table with appropriate glasses, pour the wine for customer.
