- Hold a bachelor's degree or above in hospitality management, business administration or other related fields
- Minimum 3 years in Sales for MICE Segment
- Well-Rounded knowledge of local and international MICE agencies
- Be an effective communicator and negotiator
- Highly self organized and time management
- Good problem solving skill with creative mind
- Positive attitude toward services and uphold a good personality
- Proficiency in MS-Office and Opera
- Able to communicate well in English both writing and speaking in business level
- Responsible in achieving the sales objectives and execute the sales strategy effectively for MICE segment
- Provides excellent service and maintain a good relationship to a customer
- Liase or act as a solution provider in organize the event and execute the guest request flawlessly
- Participates in sales events and act as a hotel ambassador
- Promotes all hotel?s facilities and services to fulfill customer request and increase upselling opportunity
