Qualification:
- Minimum 5-year experience in Spa industry and at least two years in the similar position
- Gain an international qualifications as a Spa Trainer/Instructor with skills in the area of Aesthetics, Aromatherapy, Massage Therapy, Facial Treatment, etc.,
- Must be fluent in English (able to conduct classes or workshops in English)
- Experience in luxury spa would be an advantage
- Enjoy working with people and possesses a friendly outgoing personality
- Details oriented with ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to travel both locally and overseas
Shortlisted candidates will be required to do a training presentation as part of the interview process.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training in Spa related courses and curriculums
- Research and develop treatment courses and materials
- Lead or participate in some workshops
- Assess therapist on competency in Spa treatments
