Job Description :
To assist Chief Engineer to manage the various engineering sections economically and efficiently.
Supervision and delegation of work to the technicians.
To ensure that all equipment perform to the requirements.
To source for parts for the upkeep of all equipment.
To ensure that all maintenance work are carried out as per schedule.
To prepare the monthly, quarterly and yearly maintenance schedules.
To co-ordinate and monitor the performance of contractors in the repairing and servicing of the hotel properties.
Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
