To provide excellence services in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards, established by the hotel. Responsible for providing guest services as well as, ensure smooth check in and check out with all Luggage, parcels, messages and any information are correct.
Under the direction of your Divisional Leader and his/her delegate, and within the limits of the established Hotel?s Policies and Procedures, your position plays an important role in promoting our desired work culture.
Salary & Service Charge (Float)
Day off = 7 days per month
Vacation = count from the first day and after pass probation can be use. (Start 6-18 days)
Public Holidays = minimum 15 days per year
Staff Birthday Party, Sport Day, Married, Ordination, Uniform,
Laundry , Night Shift
Food Allowance = 1 meals (pre-opening)
