รายละเอียดงาน

-Front Office Supervisor is required at all times to set a high example regards to punctuality, appearance, positive attitude, leadership, guest relations, observance of hotel policies and procedures
-Read an initial pass on logbook and follow up
Attend daily briefing meeting with Assistant Front Office Manager, Duty Manager then relay any relevant information to Guest Service teams.
-Completed the daily allocation ensuring at all special requests are been accounted for and cooperation with Housekeeping or any concerned department for any additional amenities
-Checks VIPs room allocations and advise the Duty Manager of any change and follow up
-Inform to Duty Manager of any Credit problems
Maintain daily check on the over credit limit report and inform the Duty Manager of any difficulty in the collection of deposits or payments
-Working closely with the Reservation Department to be aware of room availability
-Ensure that all suspicious and accident or any incident undesirable guests are report to the Duty Manager
-Maintain the necessary supplies of all Front Office equipment and stationary are enough in storage room
-To attend any training and development session as assigned by Manager
-To Supervise Front Office Cashier activities during shift including cash handling, Banking procedure, Cashiering system, and dealing with irregular payments
-To Supervise Front Office Attendant to assigned the room for FIT guest and group room assigned
-To Interact with Department hotel staff in a professional and positive manner to foster good report, promote team spirit and ensure effective two way communication
-To Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with other hotel departments as required.
-To Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel
-To Responds to guest needs and resolves related problems
-To Monitors appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene, and appearance of staff.
-To perform any work related duties as assigned by the Manager
