Oversees all HR functions in order to support hotel operations for opening hotel to achieve its goals and objectives. Ensures that all Corporate HR standards are implemented accordingly. Follow up closely on current labor market situation, especially on the minimum wage issue, in order to be competitive. Establishes and maintains good relationship with all internal colleagues as well as external business partners.
