- Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant discipline.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and service-minded.
- Able to work well under pressure and with others.
- Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of Comanche will be an advantage.
- Familiar with the hotel and tourism industry and other.
- Assist with handling documents, queries on Products & Services and other related materials.
- Screen Phone Calls in accordance with Telephone Etiquette and Hotel Standards..
- Systematically manage all incoming and outgoing Correspondence.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing Office Correspondence.
- Coordinate with related parties to fulfill customer needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
