-3-5 years working experience in Training Development and Strategic HR Management & Development
-Good command of English speaking, listening and writing
-Good computer literature able to operate all MS office opplications
-A high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others at all levels in the oranization
-Strong attention to details, problem solving skill, team spirit and maturity
-High energy person with strong personal commitment to achieving excellence
-Have strong service mind and patient
-Strong leadership & good team player
-Able to work to deadlines
-Develop people programs according to road-map and direction
-Develop training and workshops
-Attend to development and growth of all staffs
-Develop training programs and check in at all Salil Hotel Branch
-Develop service culture and maintain service quality
-Work with all General Manager and department head to improve standards
-Attend to all of employees issues
