Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well with co-workers and the public.
Independently implements appropriate Hotel inventory distribution strategy, maintains accurate rates and inventory allotments in the IDS (Internet Distribution Systems) GDS and PMS in a timely manner to promote rate parity throughout all booking channels
Drive Market Share and Revenue Performance through proper pricing and mix management
Develop overall pricing strategy to include all market segments and distribution channels
Analyze competitive (conduct competitive and demand analysis) reports and formulate appropriate strategies through use of hotel system reports.
Participate and prepare rolling forecast and annual budget for the Hotel using forecasting tools.
Ensure adherence to the Hotel Group Pricing Policies ? Effectively manage and be in control of all inventory (transient, group, wholesale allotments and other) and pricing strategy in all distribution channels including branded web, 3rd party sites, and the GDS
Lead the Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager in the decision making process of promotion participation, offline contracts and pricing thereof (inclusive B2B & B2C)
Take a key role in property PMS Conversions
Take a lead role in property RMS (Hotel Reservation System) installations.
Clearly communicate to hotel team (sales & reservation team) the strategic vision and objectives on how to drive revenues and improve performance.
Prepare training materials, training schedules, and systems training for the team members.

รายละเอียดงาน

The Director of Revenue Management provides oversight of all revenue functions for assigned hotel.
Develops, implements, communicates, analyzes, measures and adjusts strategies to achieve top line revenue goals in conjunction with the company?s vision and standards. Directs hotel revenue team and develops action steps to improve REVPAR performance. Executes and oversees hotel strategies to ensure STAR index gains that meet Company objectives. Reviews and recommends rooms and catering strategies including pricing, inventory, and channel management, in order to achieve budgeted revenue and maximize market share. Ensures proper mix of business through the use of market data, historical information, inventory controls and pricing strategies. Review and approve displacement analyses with property revenue team. Develop and implement property-specific action plans as necessary to address performance deficiencies. Maintain keen awareness and oversight of online real estate through updated and effective e-commerce/revenue initiatives.
