- Male or female/ Thai nationality/ age not exceed 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree level in any related field
- Good command of English communication
- 4-5 years' experience in Front Office as a supervisor in hotel company
- Well-organized with good communication skills
- Able to operate the Amadeus program
- Handle and manage the team, manpower, administrative tasks, and performance as well as working in coordination with the other departments
- Handle guest's complaint and trouble in maintaining a good relationship
- Being a team trainer to help improve their skills and provide a moral support for working development
- Think priority to determine which tasks are come first and important
- Ensure the respect of all procedures and hygiene with high safety standards
