- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or other related fields
- Good command of English
- 3-5 years' experience in sales role in hotel, resort or real estate industries
- Good interpersonal and negotiable skills
- Computer and online literacy
- Understand sales scope and able to work with target
- Searching for a company new accounts of clients for both agents and corporates
- Visiting potential clients as appointed and dealing with payment, contracts, quotation, invoice, and documents
- Arranging a weekly, monthly and yearly of sales reports and summarizing its volume of performance
- Analyzing marketing plans, sales strategies and adjusting to customers'need
- Criticizing competitive clients and sales statistics as well as launching a new promotion
