Qualifications and education requirements:
-Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
-Minimum 3 years experience.
-Proficiency in using computer program i.e. Microsoft Office , B-Plus.
-Good communication in English,speak,write.
-Be a positive influences to all employees.
-Able to lead, support and mentor HR Coordinator.
-Multitasking and able to perform under pressure.
-Able to provide appropriate supports to employees of all levels
-Able to digest information quickly and provide suggestions with organization and employees' benefits in mind
