1. Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline.
2. At least 1 year of previous hotel experience in training function or ability to conduct, lead a training class is essential.
3. Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken.
4. Computer literate.
5. Possess professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
1. Conduct compulsory training course i.e. New Staff Orientation Program, Grooming, etc.
2. Conduct all corporate courses as per the direction of the company i.e. Dusit Signature Service.
3. Coordinate with outside guest speakers on training courses to be conducted in-house i.e. Basic Fire Prevention Training, First Aid Training, Fire Drill, and Etiquette for Guest Contact Staff, etc.
4. Coordinate with Managers to get course participants for all training courses conducted.
5. Liaise with all course participants on the administrative arrangements related to training courses such as booking, confirming, transport and final reports, etc.
6. Keep proper records of all training issues, i.e. expenses, training records, etc.
7. Help look after student trainees from various education institutions.
8. Assist to coordinate on ?Cross Training Program? from other properties.
