-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or related field.
-At least 3.0 GPA
-Good level of English
-Knowledge with Microsoft Windows systems, PC, Apple device and iMac including software MS Office Active Directory and MS Exchange system
-Knowledge and experience with HTML, C, C++, XML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, Wordpress would be an advantage
-Google certified on Adwords is a plus
-Knowledge of Google Analytics
-Knowledge of wireless and mobile computing
-Eager to learn new technologies

-Develop and direct the short and long-term e-communication strategies in support of key technology initiatives and business objectives to ensure that all company goals are attained.
-Manage, maintain and evolve the Company's website and other computer-based IT systems, and other interactive online and social media platforms to establish brand consistency with internal and external messaging, programs, and offerings. Posting relevant brand news, information on any events, and finding other creative ways to engage people.
-Responsible for planning, developing, executing, and reporting on e-mail marketing campaigns, monthly newsletters, online advertising campaigns, pay per clicks (PPC), business analytics, and social media sites including but not limited to Facebook, Youtube and Instagram.
-Carry out intelligent and robust analysis about the success of different channels and the community and feed that back to board of directors.
-Assist the Marketing and Sales Department in the development and implementation processes, including but not limited to the design and development of marketing and sales materials.
-Identify e-communication needs and opportunities for IT and targeted guest experiences to build loyalty, frequency, transactions and increase the online database.
-Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism.
