? Knowledge of the number and location of all tables and ensure not to over seat any one particular station.
? Constantly be conscious of smoking and non-smoking areas as well as guest preferences.
? Remember guest(s) names and address them accordingly.
? Must be familiar with the work nature and responsibilities of all food and beverage service hosts.
? Welcomes and greets guests in accordance to the Guest Contact Skills.
? Ensures proper seating of guests with consideration given towards work load, reservations and preference of guest(s).
? Becomes familiar with all activities in the resort and is able to answer or obtain the answer to guests? questions pertaining to these activities.
? Answer phone queries in a courteous and prompt manner and takes reservations with given consideration to guests? preferences.
? Ensure the front of the outlet and the reservation desk is well maintained.
? Relates all guests? comments to the restaurant manager or shift leader pertaining to suggestions and complaints.
? Assists the restaurant manager to keep traces on guest history profiles.
? Assists the restaurant manager to present gifts to guests on particular occasions.
? Gives all guests a friendly ?good-bye? or ?thank you? as guests departs the outlet.
? Be familiarized with the menu and service procedures.
? Participate with positive approach towards training and daily briefing.
? Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the resort by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues.
? Performs additional duties as directed by supervisors. These may include duties at any Six Senses Resort and Spa property.
? Makes appropriate suggestions and recommendations to management for the general improvement of the resort.
? Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
? Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.
? Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the resort is represented.
? Attends meetings and training as required by managers.
? Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of local law.
? Interacts with guests actively soliciting feedback.
