คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1.Male or Female and age between 27-49 years old
2.Do not bother with credit bureaus
3.Thai Nationality holding Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with pleasant personality.?
At least 3 years experiences in similar position and capacity in an upper scale hotel.
4.Good command of written and spoken English
5.Must possess computer skills in Micros and also Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
6.Able to work under pressure.
7.Needs to be accountable, accurate and hardworking.
8.Program knowledge in Purchasing MC

รายละเอียดงาน

GENERAL MISSION:

1. Ensures the smooth and efficient operation of Purchasing department and procures the items required by the management at arm?s length and the lowest possible price but without compromising quality.
2. Ensures good quality purchases at the best possible price.
3. Appoints the best supplier, after having thoroughly researched and investigated all factors in terms of quality, quantity, price, time and continuity, as well as providing an effective back-up service to deal with supplier problems.
4. Controls and audits all purchases.
5. Develops the supplier list.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:

1. Responsible for the purchasing of required supplies including miscellaneous items and equipments referring to as ?general stores? and food & beverage products.
2. Secures competitive bids on such supplies and equipments before placing order.
3. Obtains the management approval on all items purchased.
4. Recommends standards of quality and price.
5. Works closely with Maintenance & Engineering and Laundry Department Heads concerning expensive purchases which are ordered as per budget requirements.
6. Establishes procedures and forms to be used by hotel department in placing purchasing orders.
7. Maintains file of catalogues and descriptive literature on all hotel equipments and supplies.
8. Meets periodically with outside sales people to learn of new products and prices.
9. Maintains close liaison with all departments and is knowledgeable of their operational equipments.
10. Supervises the work of staff.
