Basically, this position is similar to Hotel Manager i.e. in charge in overall operational matter at the hotel. However, due to the size of the hotel which consists of 6 houses only therefore the scale of working responsibility is a minimal version of the Hotel Manager.
?+ in charge in taking well care to all customers to ensure that their stay with Baan Makham is pleasant and impressive.
+ Handling all inquiries through all channels particularly through email, Facebook fan page, line, phone.
+ Lead the operational team (housekeeping and restaurant) and supervise them to deliver impressive services
+ Handle all trouble-shooting matter with reasonable action.
