Monitor incoming and outgoing calls in a friendly and caring manner according to the Kempinski policies and procedures. General guidance and direction of the Telephone Department, delegation of tasks and provide a prompt and satisfactory resolution of any inquiry, request, problem or complaint from internal and external guests of the Hotel. Also responsible for all the activities such as, but not limited to, processing both incoming and outgoing telephone calls in order to achieve guest satisfaction.
