- Relevant Degree in Building Management.
- Able to speak and write English well enough to communicate with the Manager and guests.
- At least 5 years of the relevant working experience.
- Hotel stocks and inventory experience.
- Experience as a Building Manager or Property Manager in the commercial building will be an advantage.
- Good management skills, presentation and communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Word, Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and Prepare the maintenance and repairs schedule of the building: e.g. rooms, public area and gardening.
- Maintain and update high quality amenities in the building for guests in order to maintain excellent experience for guests? stay.
- organise and maintain enough inventories and amenities in the building.
- Organizing the pest control activities.
- Maintain a wonderful environment and eliminate bad impressions to guests in the building.
- Update emergency planning for guests and employees safety: e.g. bomb issues, flooding, and robbery issues.
- Overseeing security, fire prevention, and other safety systems.
- Resolve and eliminate complaints, problems, and requests from guests.
- Supervising Handyman and engineering.
- Assist the selecting and purchasing of housekeeping/handyman supplies, equipment and inventories.
- Finding contractors as needed to maintain, repair, or improve the property.
- Being available to be reached as much as possible due to problems happening anytime.
- Prepare analysing report to the Director.

Salary Ranging THB 25,000 - THB 30,000.
