1) Manage and execute the implementation Impact Speed Park business plan
2) Manage the manpower plan for Impact Speed Park.
3) Responsible in budget control, expense control, preforming cost-benefit analysis report
4) Responsible for coordination in and between departments
5) Create and update standard operating procedures
6) Plan marketing strategy
7) Manage and delegate suitable responsibilities to team
8) Create team development plan
9) Responsible for safety issues of Speed Park.
