-Proven experience as concierge or relevant role is an advantage
-Proficiency in English; multilingual is preferred
-Excellent communication skills
-Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
-Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
-Responsible for the supervision of Bellman, Doorman and Driver. He sees that all procedures and regulations are strictly followed. Accept orders and instructions from the Chief concierge as well as the Duty Manager.
-Supervise and coordinate the Bell Services Department in accordance with hotel and company policies.
