-Previous experience in a similar function from a mid scale or luxury hotel.
-Good leadership with experience in managing a team.
-Knowledgeable in Thai labour law and applicable legislation
-Hands on person
-Fluent in Thai and English
-Excellent interpersonal skill
-In charge and manage all T&C functions which include but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, rules and regulations, learning and development, T&C reporting and general HR administration work.
-Lead, direct and manage the Talent & Culture (HR) Division of the hotel in accordance with AccorHotels systems and values.
-Formulate, recommend and implement hotel & AccorHotels policies and procedures.
-Plan and oversee training needs analysis and training programs to improve the employee performance and service efficiency for hotel guests
-Manage the T&C department to ensure that the staff comply with the hotel policies and procedures and any applicable local government regulations.
-Develop and improve overall employee relations, activities and committees.
-Lead and initiate the way to increase employee engagement and ensure that the hotel is an employer of choice.
-Act as a business partner to the General Manager and the Executive Member Team to ensure that the hotel can reach the common goal.
