Computer literacy
- Must have experience working for hotel
- Handles daily correspondence.
- Responds to inquiries and makes reservations as needed.
- Records and processes in-coming reservations with
confirmation sent out if require.
- Ensures all details of a reservation have been action;
Transportation, Special requirement etc.
- Provides information to guest on hotel services and
activities.
- Ensures correct and relevant information to the operating
departments
- Processes cancellation / amendments to reservations
(extension, early departure, number of rooms)
- Investigates and handles no show reservations.
- 6 Days off in a month
