-To arrive at work on time in the uniform provided ensuring a high degree of personal hygiene and grooming as outlined in the ambassador handbook.
-Ensure you have a complete knowledge of the Hotel product, including room types, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets, spa and health club.
-Be familiar with all-cleaning equipment & procedures of all areas throughout hotel.
-Follow correct chemical handling procedures.
-Follow correct lifting procedures.
-Only use specific chemical designed for cleaning individual surfaces or areas.
- Do not use abrasive or caustic items, unless specifically directed by Manager or Supervisor.
- Report and maintenance to your Supervisor which may be required regardless of the location in the hotel.
- Attend training sessions as required.
- Attend meetings as required.
