Job Description
Your primary duty is to greet, welcome and responsible for all reservations to be made for Boat Cruise and all restaurants during non-operating hour and plan the seating assignments. Selling tickets for F&B special events and Year end festive The strength and sincerity of the Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok?s image should reflect at all times through a friendly, courteous manner and helpful attitude extending beyond guest?s expectation.
