- 5+ years experience with relevant experience in hotel industry.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Able to maintain a sustained level of concentration in a high pressured environment.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
- Monitor and ensure consistency in taste and presentation as well as the quality and quantity of food that is prepared.
- Assist Executive Chef / Sous Chef in training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating and coaching the team as a role model.
- Other duties as assigned.
Remunerations and Benefits:
- Attractive Base Salary
- Floating Service Charge with Min. Guarantee of THB 4,000 for Permanent Staff
- Floating Service Charge with Min. Guarantee of THB 2,000 for Contract Staff
- 7 Days Off / Month for Permanent Staff
- 6 Days Off / Month for Contract Staff
- Minimum 9 Days Vacation and 14 Public Holidays / Year for Permanent Staff

- 2 Duty Meals / Day
