Pullman Touch(Operator)

- High-school diploma to degree, or equivalent (university or specialist hospitality or communications school). Could be open to atypical profiles.

- Fresh graduated student are welcome

- Knowledge of the hotel environment will be advantage.<- xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

- Fluent in the national will be advantage.

- At least 2 years experience in the same position.-

- Possesses a positive and cheerful attitude and mature.

- Good command of both written and spoken English & Thai,- computer skills are necessary.

-- Responsible and accountable for the logging of and correct, prompt and efficient handling of all guest messages and facsimiles.

-- To ensure that all guest enquiries and requests are attended to in a helpful, professional yet warm and friendly manner.

-- To be completely aware of the elevators, Fire and Emergency procedures of the hotel and your responsibilities in an emergency.
