Responsible for the entire group operations as well as layover in term of room allocations and make sure that all rooms are clean upon arrival, extra bed is accorded and special requests is arrange prior to the group or layover arrival.
- Handle group or layover pre arrival activities and ensure that all requests are arrange prior to arrival.
- Reconcile PM account with the cheque and cash payment daily.
- Review future group arrival regularly and anticipates the room type requirement and take proactive action before the group arrives.
- Coordinate with housekeeping department on blocking of rooms and ensure that all rooms that are blocked for the group or layover are clean upon arrival.
- Ensure that all group and layover room rates are posted correctly in the system to avoid unnecessary rebate
