- Responsible for the quality of all food prepared in the kitchen under supervision.
- Prevent the use of spoiled or contaminated products in any phase of food preparation and prevent employees who are ill or suffering from an infection from taking part in the preparation or handling food.
- Constantly alert for new products, which may improve quality of food or lower food cost or both.
- Help ensure that the hotel is seen and recognized as the premier innovator within its market place.
- Help maintain an outstanding image of The Racha within the local community and the region.
- Comply with all corporate and hotel standards and procedures.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
