Job Qualifications
ข้อกำหนด
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 5+ years experience in accounting focusing on AR / Income roles.
- Computer literate and knowledge of computer system especially Easyfo is an asset.
- Knowledge of stores handling procedure and basic understanding of inventory / cost control practices would be an advantage.
- Flexible and able to work long hours under pressure.
- Having CPD is a plus.
- 5+ years experience in accounting focusing on AR / Income roles.

- Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
- Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices until payment in full is received or resolved.
- Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
- - Responsible to maintain all hotel stores and execute weekly inventories.
- Control and manage all incoming deliveries and maintain optimal goods inventory.
- Keeping track of all hotel supplies and products par levels and make suggestions for future ordering.
- In charge of cross invoices and actual deliveries of hotel supplies and products.
- Other duties as assigned.
