Marketing Communications Manager

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor?s degree in Marketing Communication, PR, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Marketing Communication, preferably within
the hospitality or hotel management industry.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of successful marketing campaigns and PR initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai are a must.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media management, and content
creation tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- A creative and strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with
the hotel?s business goals.
- Manage all public relations and media relations, including writing press releases, hosting media
familiarization trips, and building relationships with key journalists and influencers.
- Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including content creation for social media channels (e.g.,
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), email campaigns, and website updates.
- Create, produce, and manage all hotel marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, in-room
materials, and advertisements, ensuring brand consistency.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, special events, and photoshoots to showcase the
hotel's facilities, dining, and unique experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify new
opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales, revenue, and F&B teams to support business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Report directly to the Group Marketing Director.
