- Strong background in international and Thai cuisine.

- Excellent understanding of kitchen operations and cost control.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-performance team.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred.
We are seeking a highly talented Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at a 5-star lifestyle hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall kitchen operations, team management, and creative menu development that aligns with the hotel?s upscale positioning. This role requires strong leadership, innovation, and a passion for excellence in every dish served.
- Oversee the daily operations of all kitchen outlets.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
- Develop innovative menus and seasonal offerings.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Collaborate with F&B and Marketing teams on food promotions and events.
- Manage kitchen budgeting, cost control, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
