- Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Delivering menu items promptly and ensuring high standards of presentation
- Providing knowledgeable recommendations on our menu and specials
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area throughout your shift
Assisting with table set-up, clearing and resetting as needed
Responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns
Upholding our high standards of customer service and hospitality

- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a similar high-end restaurant or dining establishment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a team
- A positive, friendly and professional attitude
Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
