- Support administrative management in carrying out office and facilities operations.
- Take ownership of assigned categories (e.g. fixed assets, uniforms, facilities coordination, or vendor management).
- Help implement and enforce administrative policies and processes.
Assist with asset management tasks including assignment, tracking, and documentation.
- Coordinate with service providers such as construction and repair teams to achieve professional standards.
- Monitor and management procurement and inventory of office supplies.
- Assist with rental communications, facilities upkeep, and branch support as needed.
- Coordinate office and team events as needed.
- Communicating with internal housekeeping staff and security guards, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
- Prepare simple reports and updates on areas of responsibility.
Support ad hoc administrative projects and tasks assigned by management.
