Corporate level responsibilities
1. Manage HR related tasks such as payroll, recruitment, ensuring paperwork is complete and in accordance with the law.
2. Manage AR and AP
3. Manage Petty Cash and Expense Reimbursement
4. Manager all Work Permit and Visa
5. Handles and Monitors all Insurance
6. Manage all Purchasing
7. Produce Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet
8. Produce Annual Operating Projection
9. Maintain 3 Year Growth Plan
10. Perform FS Study as Needed for Business Development
Resort Level Duties
1. Manage and maintain and adequate file of all Finance and HR related documentation as related to all HMA
2. Provides daily, weekly and monthly analysis of income reports and expense statements
3. Implementation of HMA accounting systems
4. Execute contracts for HMA for new business
5. Maintains daily contact with Hotel & Resort FC and/or CA to ensure compliance to policy and procedures
6. Maintain regular contact with Hotel & Resort HR to ensure compliance to policy and procedures
7. Ensures Hotel & Resort finance teams are providing daily, weekly, month end, closing and all other required reports
8. Ensure Hotel & Resort HR teams are providing month end and all necessary reporting
9. Assist in capital planning for Hotels & Resorts
10. Participate in monthly Owners Meetings
11. Provides regular random audit of accounts, Hotels and Resorts
12. Ensures regular schedule of outsourced internal and external audits
