Engineering Administrator

- Male / Female, Thai Nationality age should not over 35 years.
- Graduate with a degree or higher in related fields
- The incumbent is expected to have at least 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Should be a leader who possesses good analytical skills with strong management and problem solving expertise.
- Outgoing & cheerful personality and be highly presentable
- Enthusiastic service-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Result oriented with strong sense of achievement
- Good command of English both written and verbal, business language and communication skills.
- Computer, Internet, E-mail and MS Office literate are essential
- This position is restricted to individuals with the right to work in Thailand.

Engineering Administrator will be responsible for the roles and possess the following qualifications.

Roles

- Coordinate day to day hotel operation and do maintenance weekly/monthly report.
- Establish and maintain professionally and effective communication channel within the Engineering Department and also support other departments.
- Have a good understanding of the hotel?s emergency procedures and ensure implementation of those related to the departments under your supervision when required.
- Effectively prepare, conduct and follow-up engineering tasks to support other concerns department.
- Distribute all memos, letters and arrange internal and external appointments
