- At least 2 years Experience in Recruitment Function
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, Service-mined person
- Can communication in English
- Good knowledge of labor law is a plus
1. Coordinate with Advertisement website.
2. Searching for applications from any source
3. Select CV and pre interview for junior level
4. Reference check
5. Employment contract arrangement
6 Conclude new staff to Payroll
7. Introduced new staff by department tour
8. Update man power in & Out
9. Updated par staff and make sure actual head count is alignment with approved part staff for all departments
10. Weekly update on recruitment progress
