- At least 3 years of Beverage experience in a related field, preferably in 4/5 hotels or restaurants.
- Understanding of Food & Beverage, Restaurant procedures.
- Knowledge of basic sanitation requirements and food handling safety standards.
This position supervises daily restaurant operations, maintains sanitation standards, and assists staff on the providing exemplary hospitality.
The position assists the Operation Manager making sure guest?s and employee?s satisfaction is achieved while maintaining the operating budget.
Will be involved in training staff to reflect hotel?s excellence of service.
