- มีประสบการณ์ทางด้าน Receptionist จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
-Answer incoming phone calls professionally, deliver message.
Distribute incoming fax.
-Keep all related communication equipment in good working condition at all times.
-Report the supervisor immediately if any equipment in the office need special urgent maintenance.
-Welcome visitors and keep all function rooms ready to be used.
-Ensure the function order is completed according to the schedule.
-Control the messenger schedule and stationery & daily supplies stock.
-Supervise the maid.
Take care of any assignments added by the direct supervisor.
