Marketing Officer

- Contribute to product development and the launch of new products, while supporting the planning and execution of marketing activities for the souvenir shop.
- Manage the RBSC official shop, including adding new products, updating stock levels, and handling customer orders.
- Prepare marketing-related documents and coordinate with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with partners and suppliers for product manufacturing, prepare related documentation, and manage logistics to ensure continuous product availability.
- Analyze performance and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to support planning and strategy development.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to support improvements in marketing strategies.
- Inspect the souvenir shop to ensure proper product displays, new product placement, price labels, promotions, and accurate information is communicated to sales staff.
- Support marketing events and coordinate with sponsorship partners who contribute to the club?s activities.
- Handle other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
