QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION BACKGROUND, CERTIFICATE/LICENSING
Graduated from M&E College or above. Engineer professional issued by local authorities will be an added advantage.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Should have at least 2 years experiences in management line in hotel and 5 years in supervising line, repair and maintenance of M&E facilities of hotel or the same as property.
GENERAL MISSION
? To direct and co-ordinate the daily operation, repair and maintenance of the Hotel and engineering division.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
? Trouble shooting operation, repair, built-up, maintenance of mechanical, electrical and general building.
? Ensuring that the preventative maintenance program is established and maintained.
? Ensure the safe working conditions for all staff in the Hotel and across all Departments.
ADMINSTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
? Prepare monthly reports according to Company Policy.
? Maintain and control daily log look, job orders, store control and reporting
? Handling green leaf, ISO, Planet 21, Safety and Energy committee implementations
? Delegate to and supervise all staff within the Department and prepare work schedules.
? Conform to and enforce policies and procedures & rules and regulations as laid down by ACCOR and the hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
? Performs special duties as required by GM/EAM
