Handle all aspects of food & beverage purchasing, shipping & receiving, and inventory controls. Help control food & beverage costs through vendor control, quality inspections of all product, invoice accuracy, creation of purchase orders as instructed by executive chef. Receive and maintain liquor inventory. Program and maintain P.O.S. system.
